Balinese culture inherited from
prehistoric times to the present is strongly influenced by the belief in God
Almighty or the religious life of the Balinese religion, such as belief in God
almighty One God, believe in the existence of God is Ida Hyang Widi Wasa, but

Hyang Widhi including its manifestations, sage Yadnya is the worship of the
sage and Sulinggih, Human Yadnya is human life cycle ceremonies ranging from
the womb, birth, childhood young, adult life, to death, and Pitra Yadnya is an
offering to the ancestors, as well as victims Butha Yadnya addressed to the
forces that serves to maintain the balance of nature. Most of the Balinese
Hindu religion has embraced the basic framework includes three things: Tatwa
(philosophy), Tata Susila and ceremony. Hinduism is based on scripture Wedha,
all of which are collected in four Samhita, namely Reg Wedha Samhita, Same
Wedha Samhita, Yayur Wedha Samhita Samhita and Atharwa Wedha.
Community organizations in the
Balinese are traditional in nature, the Village, Banjar, Subak and Sekeha.
Traditional forms of public institutions by a single entity called the Village
area. The village has an understanding of the concept of Indigenous Village and
the Village Office. According to its structure, traditional village pattern is
classified in two traditional village which has a traditional village pattern
of centralization and decentralization that has a pattern. In the first pattern
and the position of Indigenous Villages very central functions, while the

village (sub-village) called Banjar. Banjar in addition to administrative
